Joanne Dugan Phototgraphy

i like this photo because it has a nice effect from the lights rush in past, also in black and white it looks good.

i like how in this photo she has blurred it out but you can still slightly make out what it is. i also like how the lights are just white dots, where is has been blurred.
i like how this is all blurred and all the lights are moved out of place.
i think this photo is good because it is blurred so much but you can still see the shape of the building and make out what building it meant to be.
i think this photo is good because it splits the street up but where it is in black and white it makes the buildings look like cliffs and gives it a different feel, especially with the blur effect.

Joanne Dugan is a visual artist who lives in New York City. She makes photography-based projects that include fine art exhibitions/installations, commissioned assignments, short films, digital projects and published books.

i like how she makes her pictures in black and white and still has the blurring effect, it makes the light seem very vibrant and also makes the image stand out from others. i think i will blur my photos to put on my calendar.
